PDO or polydioxanone "tensor" threads are absorbable. After local anaesthesia, the threads are inserted into the skin using a cannula. They smooth and revitalise the tissues using a mechanical traction action and biological densification.

The main goal is to create tension vectors to improve the oval of the face and the jaw line without weighing it down with injectable products.

This procedure takes between 15 and 45 minutes.

Results are visible immediately but are gradually optimised after between 1 and 3 months.
